The nine current packs cover the ground most coworkers share. The packs below are product concepts, shown to make the future direction concrete rather than to promise a release.

Comparison insights
Today a comparison shows where two people's locked answers agree and differ across the seven-bar instrument. We are exploring a layer on top: short, plain-language observations such as “You both sit far from your company on prompts about ambition” or “You disagree most on the rest pack.”
Constraints we have committed to: insights derive only from the two people's own locked answers and the already-visible company histogram. They never use messages, the workday tracker, or anything outside the comparison both people accepted.

The private workday tracker
A small tool for noticing your own rhythm: when you start, when you stop, how the week actually went.
The proposed tracker would keep workday marks on your device and separate from discovery, comparisons and company histograms. It is not implemented in the current app. Storage, backup and deletion behavior would be explained before release.

Because “off the clock” is a decision you make more easily when you can see the clock.
