Make the honest version of yourself findable at work.
Most workplaces are full of people who would get along wonderfully and never find out. Seating charts, org charts and calendar invites decide who we talk to. Chance decides who we trust.
Offclock exists to give that chance a nudge without turning work into a dating app or a popularity contest. You answer honestly, once, in private. The product does the quiet arithmetic. Then it waits for both people to say yes.
We built it pseudonymous because honesty needs cover. We built it work-verified because trust needs context. We built the twenty-person rule because small groups deserve protection, and we made every door open from the inside because you should never be surprised by what someone can see about you.

Honesty before visibility
You lock your answer before you see anyone else's. Always.
Pseudonyms are a feature
Nobody sees your name until you both choose it. Cover is what makes candour possible.
Consent is mutual or it is nothing
Comparisons open when both accept. Reveals happen when both choose. One yes is not enough.
Small groups stay private
No histogram appears below twenty answers. A chart that could identify someone is not drawn.
Everything is revocable
Answers, visibility, comparisons. You can take them all back, and taking them back means gone.
Your employer is not the customer
Offclock is for people who work somewhere, not for the place they work. Reports come to us, not to HR.
Work is the context, not the content
We verify where you work so you can talk about anything else.
Where we are
Starting small. Growing carefully.
Offclock is being developed for iOS and Android. The development build includes work-domain verification, 120 prompts in nine packs, instant locking, private histograms with the twenty-answer threshold, opt-in company, city and building discovery, mutual comparisons, optional mutual name reveal, invitations, blocking, reporting and revocation. Public registration and store releases are still ahead. The workday tracker is a concept.
The first planned preview is for an Amazon community. Offclock is independent from Amazon. Workplace communities will open when their verification and privacy controls are ready.
